Equipment Function
This system processes sediment discharged from dredger pipelines, including buffering, conveying, and distribution. It consists of 4 sand washing lines, each equipped with:
Chain bucket sand lifter
Drum screen
Iron powder extractor
Iron powder washer
Impurity remover
Gold panning device
Water wheel sand washer
Vibrating dewatering screen
Distribution conveyor belt
This vessel is mainly equipped with two 4,500 m³/h water flow dredgers in large-scale sand washing operations in Northern China.
The discharge height is up to 20m, the length 500m, the width 300m as the distribution site dimensions. This vessel is equipped with PLC controlled one-key startup with remote control for sand stacking positions.
This project is successfully commissioned at Yanghe Reservoir, Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province.
