Product Introduction
This is the 10th jet suction sand pump vessel produced for Poland and has obtained CE certification. A dredger mainly consists of a hull, a mud pump, a water pump, a power unit, winches, connecting devices, etc. The power units are mainly of two types: diesel engines and generator sets.
During operation, a jet suction dredger relies on the water pump to spray accelerated water into the bottom layer of sediment, causing the sediment to splash up; the mud pump then discharges the splashed sediment to a designated location. The entire working process is not complicated but compact and orderly .
The core of a jet suction dredger is the mud pump, as the entire operation relies on it. Therefore, the output of a dredger mainly depends on the performance of the mud pump, the impact force of the water pump, and the power matching of the engine, which enables the entire jet suction sand pump vessel to complete efficient sand pumping operations.
